Objectif : Cette formation a pour but de permettre aux participants de comprendre les concepts et principes des standards internationaux de Business Models comme le Business Motivation Model (BMM) et the Business Model Canvases (Osterwalder) dans la réalisation des Objectifs et Stratégies des entreprises. Elle permet d'établir une passerelle avec la cadre d'Architecture d'Enterprise TOGAF de l'Open Group.
